Halloween is for sure a fun time of year, dress up, makeup galore, creative costumes and so much MORE! Before you go over the top, there are some things to consider when it comes to your eye health!
Follow these Halloween Safety Tips:
1. Bring a Flashlight for Trick-or-Treating. It will make you more visible to drivers!!
2. Make sure your costume isn't too long! Everyone likes a good trip but NOT, if it's not intentional!
3. Always be careful with the makeup you are putting on your face and in contact around your eyes. You want to make sure you don't get an allergic reaction or better yet an infection. Those are never fun. *Same goes with false eyelashes*
4. If you decide to use decorative contact lenses be sure that your optometrist evaluates the contacts for you prior to wearing them.
